IMPROVEMENT IN DURABILITY OF WELDED DRUMS COMPRESSOR ROTORS BY TREATMENT IN FLUDIZED BED OF ABRASIVE MATERIAL

چکیده

Purpose. Improvement in durability of welded drums compressor rotors the gas turbine engines by treatment fluidized bed abrasive material.
 Methods research. The investigations were carried out on high pressure (HPC) D-36 aero engine. treated material АПС-600 installation without nozzles and with use special air-blast nozzles.
 Test specimens for checking cut HPC stages 1 4 discs after carrying various machining processes.
 Durability testing test stage disc was at УМЭ-1 ТМ machine temperature Т = 400 °С.
 ЭДЦ-20 20 Results. It found that averaged cyclic life made titanium alloy ВТ-9, being a part drum nozzles, is 2.2 times higher than When treating rotor nozzle, better bottom slot corners its end faces ensured.
 Low-temperature annealing 550 °С preferable 750 °С, since annealed somewhat higher.
 Annealing removes completely strengthening effect obtained Successive as restores to initial state.
 Scientific novelty. demonstrated improves quality if compared drum, which ensures average life, established.
 Practical value. There offered technological procedure modes engine ensuring nozzles.
